*caution: do not feed honey to children under the age of 1 year old (for this post, I'm recommending not for children 2 years old and younger! See the Health Hazards here)
*also be careful when sprinkling on the cinnamon, the dust (from the cinnamon itself), can be ingested into the lungs causing breathing problems or when eaten plain and cause a person or child to choke [to death].
I sliced up 1 delicious Macintosh apple and sprinkled on a little cinnamon (1 - 2 teaspoons) and I mixed it up with the apple.
Then I sliced a banana into bite sized pieces and poured a small amount of honey on top (same, about 1-2 teaspoons)
Mix together well before serving to ensure cinnamon is thoroughly mixed!
Honey and Cinnamon have many health benefits for older children & adults, (however, read the deadly danger of eating a spoonful of plain cinnamon here)
